Megan Lawrence is a passionate dance instructor from Edmonton, Alberta. Starting her training at 4 years old, Megan trained in all genres and graduated from Shelley’s Dance Company. She has had the opportunity to train at many prestigious institutions including Joffrey Ballet School (NYC), Boston Ballet School, and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, and has completed her RAD Advanced One Ballet Examination.

Megan moved to Vancouver to train under Moe Brody at Harbour Dance Centre’s Intensive Training Program and with Julio Fuentes at Aviary Dance Company. Her performance experience includes touring with PRP Productions, dancing at WE Day Vancouver, and collaborating on projects with Vancouver Film School. Megan’s dance career has allowed her to travel around the world including Los Angeles, New York, Florida, Vancouver, Phoenix, Boston and Budapest, Hungary. She has also received numerous scholarships and choreography awards throughout her career.

Outside the studio, Megan is a certified Pilates instructor through Pilates Academy International and a Human Resources professional with a Bachelor of Commerce from MacEwan University. She is excited to share her passion for dance with this next generation of movers.
