Registration Fees ( 2023-24 )

Registration fee is $50.00 per family
Recital Fee ( includes: photo sitting fee, recital video, rehearsal/recital time ) $50.00

Non-package monthly tuition for 1-3 classes/wk

Class fees are based on a full season and are divided into 10 monthly payments despite the number of weeks per month. Monday classes will be prorated for Holidays

Fee Structure

Monthly fees are based on the number of weekly classes over a ten month period and averaged from over September to June. 

Registration, recital fee, and pianist fee are added to your Parent Portal Account September 1st. Tuition will be added every 1st of the month. Costume and Competition fees are added October 1st.

Declined Credit Cards will be charged $25.00

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to withdraw from classes mid-season for any reason, one month notice and payment is required. Registration fee is non-refundable; Costume fees, Pianist fees, and Competition deposits will not be refunded after October 15th

Students in 4 or more classes per week qualify for discounted package rates.

We offer the following options for fee payment:

Payment Options:

  • Every family must have a valid credit card linked to their account on the parent portal. We will be doing automatic monthly payments for everyone’s account on the 5th of each month. Should you wish to not have your card charged automatically on the 5th of the month, your alternative form of payment (cash or e-transfer) must be received prior to the 5th of the month. 
  • Any credit cards that are declined are subject to a $25 fee

If fees remain unpaid in week 4 of classes students will not be permitted to participate in their lessons.

Drop In Payment:

Our drop in classes can be paid as you attend via cash, debit, credit card or cheque to be paid at the office prior to class. Drop in punch cards are available for ease. All Drop-In students must sign in at the office prior to each drop in class.
